Return Policy

Purchase through uphiyoga ensures you receive high-quality yoga products delivered on time. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply initiate a return within 30 days from the date of delivery. Please note that all returns must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and must include all packaging, labels, and tags intact.

Product Returns:

We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your needs or be the right fit for you, for any reason. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may initiate a return or exchange within 30 days from the date of delivery. For all eligible returns, the item must be unused and undamaged, with tags and labels intact, and returned in the original packaging. Eligible returns must be shipped within 30 days of receiving the item. Otherwise, the item may not be eligible for return.

To initiate a return, exchange, or refund, please send an email to, stating your reason for return and attaching pictures/videos of the product. Once your request is approved, we will request your tracking number as proof of return.

Order Cancellations:

Cancellation of Shipped Orders:

If you wish to cancel an order that has already been shipped, please contact us immediately at Please provide order details, including the order number, recipient's name, and/or email address. We will process your refund, which will be applied to the original payment method within 3 business days.

Defective Items:

If you believe you have received a defective or quality-compromised product, please contact us at before returning the item. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.

Receiving Incorrect Items:

While we follow rigorous order picking procedures to ensure order accuracy, errors may occasionally occur. If you receive an incorrect item, you can choose to keep the incorrect item and receive a partial refund or request the correct item. If you choose to request the correct item, we will provide you with a complimentary return shipping label. After returning the item, please contact us at with your order details. We will send you the correct item or process a full refund as per your request.

Items Damaged in Transit:

If you receive an item that has been damaged during transit, please refuse the delivery immediately and contact us at We will work with the shipping company to expedite a replacement order for you. Alternatively, if we submit a damage claim to the shipping company and receive confirmation, you can also request a full refund. In such cases, we may require images and/or videos of the damaged product.

Items Lost or Not Delivered:

If you suspect your package is lost or undelivered, please email us at with your order number and tracking number to initiate a lost package claim. This will help us retrieve your lost or undelivered package. The process typically takes 7 days to receive formal confirmation from the shipping company. If a customer provided an incorrect delivery address when placing an order, resulting in the order being incorrectly marked as delivered to the wrong address, the customer will be responsible for this error and the cost of the order.
